چکیده

In this paper, a modified TOPSIS (techniques for order preference by similarity to ideal solution) approach for solving bi-level multi-objective programming (BL-MOP) problems with fuzzy parameters is presented. These fuzzy parameters are assumed to be characterized by fuzzy numerical data, reflecting the experts' imprecise or fuzzy understanding of the nature of the parameters in the problem formulation process. Firstly, the corresponding non-fuzzy bi-level programming model is introduced based on the -level set. Secondly, a modified TOPSIS approach is developed, in which the fuzzy goal programming (FGP) approach is used to solve the conflicting bi-objective distance functions instead of max-min operator. As the FGP approach utilized to achieve the highest degree of each membership goal by minimizing the sum of the unwanted deviational variables. Finally, an algorithm to clarify the modified TOPSIS approach, as well as Illustrative numerical example and comparison with the existing methods, are presented.

TOPSIS approach to linear fractional bi-level MODM problem based on fuzzy goal programming

The objective of this paper is to present a technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) algorithm to linear fractional bi-level multi-objective decision-making problem. TOPSIS is used to yield most appropriate alternative from a finite set of alternatives based upon simultaneous shortest distance from positive ideal solution (PIS) and furthest distance from negative ...

Multi-choice stochastic bi-level programming problem in cooperative nature via fuzzy programming approach

In this paper, a Multi-Choice Stochastic Bi-Level Programming Problem (MCSBLPP) is considered where all the parameters of constraints are followed by normal distribution. The cost coefficients of the objective functions are multi-choice types. At first, all the probabilistic constraints are transformed into deterministic constraints using stochastic programming approach. Further, a general tran...

A Topsis-based Entropic Regularization Approach for Solving Fuzzy Multi-objective Nonlinear Programming Problems

In this work, a version of the technique for order preference by similarity ideal solution (TOPSIS) with entropic regularization approach is developed for solving the fuzzy multi-objective nonlinear programming (MONLP) problems. Applying the basic principle of compromise of TOPSIS, the fuzzy MONLP problem can be reduced into a fuzzy bi-objective nonlinear programming problem. Moreover, followin...

A New Compromise Decision-making Model based on TOPSIS and VIKOR for Solving Multi-objective Large-scale Programming Problems with a Block Angular Structure under Uncertainty

This paper proposes a compromise model, based on a new method, to solve the multi-objective large-scale linear programming (MOLSLP) problems with block angular structure involving fuzzy parameters. The problem involves fuzzy parameters in the objective functions and constraints. In this compromise programming method, two concepts are considered simultaneously. First of them is that the optimal ...
